Mr. Zhang Wei has resigned as an executive director, CEO, and member of the Nomination Committee. Ms. Cheung Yin Man Monica has stepped down as an independent non-executive director and member of several committees. Zeng Zhiyun has been appointed as Chairman, with Qiu Mengru taking over as Chief Executive Officer.
