智通财经APP获悉，国际能源署(IEA)最新报告显示，2025年全球石油投资预计将下降6%，这将是除新冠疫情特殊年份外，十年来首次出现投资缩减。
IEA署长Fatih Birol在该机构发布年度《世界能源投资报告》时接受采访时表示：“经济不确定性加剧、需求预期走弱及油价持续低迷，共同促成了此次石油投资收缩的。”报告称，这一下降主要是“美国致密油支出大幅下降”的结果。
目前，由于美国总统特朗普的关税政策威胁到全球经济增长，同时欧佩克+在市场供应充足之际加速复产，原油价格持续承压。
报告称，IEA基于企业公告的初期预测曾显示2025年油气投资将保持平稳，但随着油价持续走弱，市场预期已明显转淡。
据测算，石油支出缩减将导致2025年全球油气上游总投资微降4%至5700亿美元以下，其中约四成资金仅用于延缓现有油田的产能衰减。2025年全球炼化领域投资或将跌至300亿美元，创十年来新低。
相较之下，天然气领域投资呈现两极分化：常规气田开发支出预计将维持2024年水平，而液化天然气(LNG)设施建设投资正“保持强劲增长态势”——随着美国、卡塔尔、加拿大等国新建项目陆续投产，报告预测“2026至2028年间全球LNG市场将迎来史上最大规模产能扩张”。
