Odaily星球日报讯 新加坡金管局联合警方拟于 6 月 20 日起屏蔽无牌交易平台 Octa 和 XM 的网站，屏蔽生效后用户无法透过新加坡互联网服务供应商登入。新加坡金管局和警方在联合文告中指出，两个平台在未取得许可和资质的情况下向本地居民提供和宣传交易服务，如杠杆式外汇交易、大宗商品、指数与股票，违反 2001 年证券与期货法令，两个平台也有加密货币交易业务，大多数未受监管的线上交易平台设于境外，运营可信度难以验证，诈骗风险极高。据悉，Octa 由 Octa Markets 和 Uni Fin Invest 运营，XM 则由 XM Global 运营。（南华早报）
