智通财经APP讯，资本界金控(00204)发布公告，集团拟投资与第三代互联网(Web3.0)相关技术领域，包括但不限于人工智能、区块链及机器人技术，以及现实世界资产代币化(RWA)领域，以推动行业创新发展(统称“新业务”)。为推进战略布局，集团亦在OSL数字证券有限公司(一家持牌数位元资产交易平台)开立投资账户。
董事会认为，投资新业务可使集团的收入来源多元化。预期投资新业务能够不时为集团带来潜在的额外投资回报，此举符合公司及其股东的整体利益。集团拟以其内部资源为投资新业务提供资金。集团目前正与一些从事 Web3.0 相关业务的商业实体探讨潜在的投资机会。由于讨论仍在进行中，集团尚未与任何潜在的商业实体达成正式的投资协议。
