上证报中国证券网讯（记者孙小程）6月6日，上交所官网显示，重庆至信实业股份有限公司（简称“至信股份”）在主板上市的首发申请获上交所受理，保荐机构为申万宏源证券。公司拟募资13.29亿元，用于“至信实业产线改造项目”“宁波至信汽车零部件产线智能化升级改造项目”“新能源汽车零部件冲焊生产线扩产技术改造项目”“补充流动资金”四个项目。

招股书显示，至信股份主营汽车冲焊件以及相关模具的开发、加工、生产和销售。公司围绕冲焊件开发和生产环节，拓展了上游的模具开发、加工、生产以及自动化生产整体解决方案等领域。

目前，至信股份已成为长安汽车、吉利汽车、长安福特、蔚来汽车、理想汽车、比亚迪、长城汽车等知名整车制造厂商的一级供应商，并已配套宁德时代、英纳法、伟巴斯特等知名汽车零部件供应商。

报告期内，公司营业收入分别为20.91亿元、25.64亿元和30.88亿元，复合增长率为21.52%；扣除非经常性损益后归属于母公司股东净利润分别为5225.21万元、1.2亿元和1.85亿元，复合增长率达88.02%。
