金科地产集团股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）董事会于近日收到公司联席总裁罗利成先生提交的书面辞职报告，罗利成先生因达到法定退休年龄，申请辞去公司联席总裁职务。辞职后，罗利成先生将不在公司担任任何职务。

根据《中华人民共和国公司法》《公司章程》等有关规定，罗利成先生的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。上述人员变动不会影响公司经营管理工作的正常运营。

截至本公告披露日，罗利成先生持有9,986,009股公司股份，且不存在应当履行而未履行的承诺事项。罗利成先生离任后将继续遵守法律法规有关所持公司股份及其变动的相关规定。

罗利成先生在任职期间勤勉尽责、恪尽职守，公司及董事会对罗利成先生任职期间为公司发展做出的贡献表示衷心的感谢！
