BlockBeats 消息，6 月 6 日，Strategy 今日宣布，其于 2025 年 6 月 5 日完成了对 10.00% A 系列永久 Stride 优先股（简称“STRD 股票”）的首次公开发行（IPO）定价，发行总量为 11,764,700 股，每股公开发行价格为 85.00 美元。本次发行预计将于 2025 年 6 月 10 日 结算，具体视常规交割条件而定。
Strategy 预计，在扣除承销折扣、佣金及公司估算的发行费用后，将从本次发行中获得约 9.797 亿美元 的净收益。公司计划将这些资金用于一般企业用途，包括 购买比特币 及 营运资金。
STRD 股票的分红 并非强制性。只有在公司董事会或其授权委员会正式宣布发放的前提下，STRD 股票持有人才有权从公司可合法分红的资金中，按每年 10.00% 的利率获得 非累积性 分红。若宣布派息，常规季度分红将于每年的 3 月 31 日、6 月 30 日、9 月 30 日及 12 月 31 日 发放，首次分红日期为 2025 年 9 月 30 日。
由于分红为非累积性质，若某一季度未宣布派息，公司 无义务 补发该季度的任何分红，且无论未来是否发放，公司对未支付的分红 不会计息或累积。任何已宣布的常规分红将仅以现金形式发放，具体方式及条件以发行说明书中的描述为准。
