IT之家 6 月 7 日消息，科技媒体 Android Authority 昨日（6 月 6 日）发布博文，报道称又出现一起 Pixel 6a 手机因电池过热而熔化事件，谷歌已为机主更换 Pixel 8a 手机作为补偿。

IT之家曾于今年 5 月报道，Pixel 6a 发生多起“自燃”事件，Reddit 用户 zaliver 发帖称自己的 Pixel 6a 在夜间“自燃”。这款手机在充电时使用的是非原装充电器，该用户自称已经使用这个充电器超过一年而未出现问题，手机还装在保护壳里。

而现在网友 Arielle 再次反馈 Pixel 6a 手机因电池过热而完全毁坏。她表示事件发生在凌晨 4 点，她正在睡觉时被手机发出的过热警报惊醒。

警报刚响，她便听到“啪”的爆裂声，随即闻到刺鼻的烧焦味。她迅速赶到手机旁，却发现为时已晚：手机外壳已熔化并粘在衣物上，屏幕与机身份离，内部组件全部损毁。若非及时处理，后果不堪设想，可能引发火灾。

据 Arielle 描述，事故发生时手机正在使用非原装充电器充电。这与此前 Pixel A 系列类似事件的情况一致。

Arielle 于 2023 年通过 Google Fi 购买了这台 Pixel 6a。事发后，她迅速联系 Google Fi 客服，历经数小时沟通并提交照片，最终收到回复，谷歌决定为她更换一台 Pixel 8a 作为补偿。
