智通财经APP讯，紫荆国际金融(08340)发布公告，于2025年6月5日，公司拟配售最多1111万股，相当于经悉数配发及发行配售股份扩大后公司已发行股本的约16.67%。配售价每股配售股份0.19港元，较6月5日收市价每股股份0.231港元折让约17.75%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项总额将约为211.09万港元，而配售事项所得款项净额预计约为206万港元。董事拟将配售事项的所得款项净额用作集团一般营运资金。
