Cryptocurrency Exchange Platform Gemini Secretly Files for IPO in the US

BlockBeats News, June 7th, according to Reuters, cryptocurrency exchange GEMINI has secretly filed for a U.S. IPO.

BlockBeats previously reported that on March 8th, according to Bloomberg, sources revealed that the cryptocurrency exchange Gemini had secretly submitted an IPO application in the U.S. and was collaborating with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Whether the IPO will proceed is still uncertain. This move comes after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) concluded its investigation into Gemini without taking any action. Additionally, Gemini reached a $5 million settlement in January with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) over a lawsuit.
