Blackstone (BX) is among the bidders shortlisted to buy the CityQuartier Trocadero building in Paris for 700 million euros ($800.6 million), Reuters reported Thursday, citing a source familiar with the matter.
The 444,000-square-foot block in a prime Paris location was put up for sale by Union Investment in March, the report said.
Investors recently placed bids with some under the asking price, closer to 650 million euros, the report said.
Real estate investor Hines made the cut, the report said.
Blackstone didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
