投资者斥300万购青衣明翘汇相连车位 租金回报料达4.8厘

佳明集团(01271.HK) 发展的青衣明翘汇近日录得大手车位成交。利嘉阁地产新近促成明翘汇两个位于B层两个相连车位的成交。据了解,买家为明翘汇的业主夫妇,考虑到近期银行定期利率回落,而车位的租赁回报相对较高,最终成功以300万元购得上述两个车位。若以现时平均每个车位月租约6,000元计算,租金回报率高达4.8厘。

利嘉阁地产葵青、元朗及东涌区的高级首席营业董事胡文妮表示,明翘汇除了车位物业备受追捧,项目最后4伙顶层复式户亦成为近期的市场焦点。该批单位实用面积介乎2,154至2,728平方呎,由于单位设有私人电梯大堂,部分更附设私人按摩池,在青衣区十分罕见,料推出招标时,市场反应会十分理想,同时亦有望带动项目的二手市场转热。(sl/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
