智通财经APP讯，新濠国际发展(00200)发布公告，2025年6月6日起，高振峰先生(高先生)已获委任为独立非执行董事，以填补已故高来福太平绅士离世后出现的空缺，且亦获委任为审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会主席及成员以及提名及企业管治委员会成员;现任本公司财务总监 Geoffrey Stuart Davis 先生(Davis 先生)已获委任为本公司执行董事，并由执行委员会及财务委员会的无投票权成员身份转为有投票权成员; 独立非执行董事徐志贤先生已获委任为审核委员会主席，并已停止担任薪酬委员会及提名及企业管治委员会的主席;及独立非执行董事真正加留奈女士已获委任为提名及企业管治委员会的主席。
