周四美国WTI原油上涨约0.8%，扭转了前一交易日的跌势。中美领导人通话的消息提振了原油市场情绪。

　　新华社报道称此次通话应特朗普要求进行，但未透露两国领导人对话的更多细节。通话后，特朗普称将举行更多中美贸易谈判。

　　纽约商品交易所7月交货的轻质原油期货价格上涨52美分，收于每桶63.37美元，涨幅为0.83%；8月交货的伦敦布伦特原油期货价格上涨48美分，收于每桶65.34美元，涨幅为0.74%。

　　新华社的报道抵消了周三油价下跌的影响——当日官方数据显示美国汽油和馏分油库存增幅超预期，反映出这个世界最大经济体需求疲软，导致油价下跌1%。

　　PVM分析师Tamas Varga表示，尽管下半年石油输出国组织及其盟友（OPEC+）预期增产可能导致市场供应过剩，但地缘政治事件和加拿大野火可能削减石油产量，这些因素仍在为油价提供支撑。

　　全球最大石油出口国沙特阿拉伯将7月对亚洲买家的原油售价下调至近两个月最低水平，进一步加剧了市场疲软。

　　此前OPEC+上周决定在7月将日产量增加41.1万桶。

　　此前有报道称，作为OPEC实际领导者的沙特，其策略部分旨在通过6月至10月底期间可能削减220万桶/日的产量来惩罚超额生产国，以争夺回市场份额。

　　“石油需求将取决于美国与其贸易伙伴的谈判结果，”PVM的瓦尔加表示。
