EFC (I) Ltd (BOM:512008) said its material unlisted subsidiary EFC Limited acquired a 99.99% stake in Bigbox Serviced Office LLP for 20,000 Indian rupees through capital contribution, according to a Thursday filing on the local bourse.
The deal includes the 40% stake previously held by step-down unit Bigbox Ventures and an additional 59.99% from other partners, bringing Bigbox Serviced Office LLP fully under EFC's control.
