【京东方A：获建设银行北京市分行18亿元股票回购专项贷款】金十数据6月5日讯，京东方A公告，近日公司收到中国建设银行股份有限公司北京市分行出具的《贷款承诺书》，承诺为公司提供18亿元人民币的股票回购专项贷款，贷款期限3年。此举为公司回购股份提供融资支持，具体贷款事宜以双方签订的相关合同为准。公司拟回购股份的资金规模不低于15亿元，不超过20亿元，回购价格不超过人民币6.11元/股。
