智通财经APP讯，中国秦发(00866)公布，于2025年6月5日，公司的全资附属香港秦发国际贸易有限公司拟向添和集团有限公司出售Perpetual Goodluck Limited的全部已发行股本，代价3000万元。
据悉，出售公司为一家投资控股公司，而出售集团的主要业务在中国为煤炭业务。出售集团的主要资产包括(i)中国山西朔州的三个煤矿，分别由华美奥能源–兴陶、华美奥能源–冯西及华美奥能源–崇升持有，其中80%股权由出售集团持有;及(ii)中国山西忻州的两个煤矿，分别由神达能源–兴隆及神达能源–宏远持有，均由出售集团全资拥有。除上文所披露者外，出售集团并未拥有任何其他煤矿。
公告称，集团拟考虑透过出售一组从事中国煤炭业务的附属公司而重组业务的可能性，借此专注于更高增长业务，使集团的价值可于有关出售交易后更好地反映。董事认为出售事项提供出售集团亏损业务的机会，并可专注于发展印尼煤炭业务。
