Odaily星球日报讯 美股上市公司域塔物流科技集团宣布已与一个 BTC 投资方签订比特币收购协议。根据协议，域塔可向 BTC 投资方购买最多 15,000 枚比特币，交易总金额最高可达 15 亿美元，支付方式为向 BTC 投资方发行公司普通股。实际发行股份数量将由双方协商确定，并将参考比特币价格、公司股价及交易量等因素。公司表示，本次战略性收购将有助于建立公司的数字资产储备，进一步强化资产负债表，并推动其核心业务的发展，包括去中心化金融（DeFi）整合、物流资产代币化及智能合约驱动的供应链解决方案等。（finance.mingpao）
