智通财经APP获悉，阅文集团(00772)再涨超7%，截至发稿，涨5.75%，报29.45港元，成交额1.46亿港元。
消息面上，阅文集团公布关连交易，中国经营实体向独立第三方收购武汉艺画开天文化传播合共26.67%股权，总代价3.25亿人民币，将以内部资源拨付。完成后，公司共计持有武汉艺画开天文化传播31.48%股权，后者主要从事动画及游戏内容的开发及运营，持有核心IP“灵笼”。
招商证券此前指出，阅文集团24年版权运营及其他业务增速表现亮眼，IP商业化及多端一体协同进展显著。公司手握海量优质网文IP，积极推进IP商业化，搭建线上线下销售渠道，未来有望聚焦卡牌、谷子、轻软周等细分赛道，实现与影视、动漫、游戏等优质作品协同，最大化商业价值。24年新丽传媒项目排播带来利润端波动，25年来看新丽项目储备丰富，在线阅读业务逐步企稳，IP+AI战略有望释放更多价值。
