据悉，5 月 30 日上海申银万国证券研究所有限公司（简称“申万宏源研究”）迎来新的人事任命。周海晨不再兼任申万宏源研究总经理，王胜接任总经理一职，全面负责经营管理工作。同时，申万宏源证券执行委员会委员周海晨分管研究业务和机构业务，兼任申万宏源研究董事长。下面，运营商财经网将梳理王胜的过往经历。

王胜，出生于1981年，同济大学管理学博士。他自2009年毕业入职，曾任建筑行业分析师，2011年6月加入申万宏源研究所。在今年4月末，王胜的研究所所长任职已在申万宏源内部公示，5月出任申万宏源研究院总经理后即正式担任申万宏源研究所所长。

值得注意的是，截至2025年6月5日，申万宏源研究所的公司高管公示中，王胜的职位依旧是副总经理，职务并未改变。

需要关注的是，王胜对申万宏源进一步发展表示需要加强“研究产品”理念。认为卖方研究本质属于高信息密集度、高数据含量、高算法需求的现代服务业，对业内行业总结研究少，在管理上与制造大企业前沿实践的差距大。

据公开数据，申万宏源研究所收入仍以分仓佣金为主。2022 年的分仓佣金收入为 6.72 亿元，交易单元席位租赁收入为 8.87 亿元。

2023 年的分仓佣金收入为 4.69 亿元，排名行业第 11 位。交易单元席位租赁收入为 6.53 亿元。到了2024 年，分仓佣金收入为 2.94 亿元，同比下滑 36%，位列行业第 14 位。交易单元席位租赁收入为 4.16 亿元。
