赤子城科技(09911.HK) 公布，以子公司Solo X Technology Limited名义进驻香港科学园，并于香港设立全球总部，总部发展方向包括AI及人才。高级副总裁宋朋亮指，香港办公室角色原以财务结算为主，但由于看好香港对AI的投入，因此来港设总部。现时集团的办公室分布在于全球20多个地区，未来会把90%的业务汇集到香港，目前已在港开展招聘工作，但对人手规模未有目标，料本地员工比例会较高。
集团希望善用香港的科研人才，宋朋亮指有与香港大学、香港中文大学和香港科技大学接触，仍处于初步探索阶段。他又透露港府伸出“橄榄枝”邀请集团到香港设总部，相关部门提供很多协助，设置总部从计划到落地仅需时几个月。
