消息面上，国泰海通证券指出，公司作为IDC头部厂商拥有核心资源，近年来海外市场投入力度大、先发优势显著，同时，叠加25年国内投入重启增长，公司将充分受益全球AI发展下数据中心需求增长。华泰证券表示，随着国内AI应用步入蓬勃发展期，AI推理需求的增长有望带动公司国内数据中心空置率下降，从而为公司带来估值提升及业绩改善机遇，维持“买入”评级。
美银证券此前指出，整体而言，客户迁入节奏自2024年第一季以来保持稳定。预计2025年第二季新增使用面积约2万平方米，而随着大型项目(152MW)交付，2025年第三至第四季迁入节奏可能加快。管理层预计2025年第二季至第四季经调整EBITDA同比实现高单位数增长。另鉴于中国需求改善推动收入稳健增长，且海外产能和订单快速提升。该行预料其2025年下半年计划发行的公募REIT可能成为在正面催化剂。
