自2025年6月6日起，侯薇、刘贤秀及杨柏康已辞去公司的执行董事，侯波已辞去公司的非执行董事，侯联昌及陈增华已辞去公司的独立非执行董事，以便能够投入更多时间于各自的其他业务。侯联昌自2025年6月6日起不再担任薪酬委员会的主席及公司的审计委员会及提名委员会成员。陈增华自2025年6月6日起不再担任审计委员会的主席及公司的薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员。
余润坤自2025年6月6日起辞去公司的首席执行官职务，以便能够投入更多时间于董事职务。
