智通财经APP讯，天虹国际集团(02678)发布公告，于2025年6月6日，魏志华先生向公司送达书面行使通知，借以根据合营企业投资意向书行使其认沽期权，以向公司出售其于庆业国际的全部股权(即庆业国际全部已发行股本的10%)。
公告称，认沽期权的行使将不会对庆业国际的业务及营运造成任何影响。于认沽期权完成后，公司于庆业国际的权益将由80%增加至90%。庆业国际将继续作为公司附属公司入账。
