智通财经APP获悉，三生制药(01530)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.48%，报20.7港元，成交额9.33亿港元。
消息面上，三生制药此前宣布将其自主研发的PD-1/VEGF双特异性抗体SSGJ-707在全球（不包括中国内地）的独家开发、生产、商业化权利授予全球药企巨头辉瑞。根据许可协议，辉瑞将支付12.5亿美元不可退还的首付款，以及最高可达48亿美元的里程碑付款和两位数百分比的销售分成。华西证券指出，预计辉瑞将在年内支付首付款，增厚三生制药的税前利润约 11.75 亿美元；同时未来会获得潜在里程碑付款。
长城证券指出，截至2024年末，公司在研产品达30项，研发进展顺利，其中特比澳：CLDT适应症III期临床达到终点；SSS06：CKD贫血适应症NDA获受理；痤疮治疗药物Winlevi：12岁以上寻常型痤疮III期桥接患者入组；608（IL-17A抗体）：成人中重度银屑病III期临床完成52周研究工作，达到主要终点。紫杉醇口服溶液在24年9月获批，用于治疗晚期胃癌。克拉考特酮乳膏剂治疗寻常痤疮的中国III期桥接临床试验已经于2024年5月开始，有望在2025年提交NDA申请，并于2026年获批上市。公司司美格鲁肽（GLP-1）减重适应症目前已进入III期临床阶段。
