--The owner of sandwich and coffee chain Pret A Manger is looking for investors into the business ahead of a potential initial public offering, the FT reports citing unnamed sources.

--Pret owner JAB told the FT that it wasn't currently considering a stake sale in Pret but "may evaluate bringing on a pre-IPO investor."
