IT之家 6 月 8 日消息，据央视网今日报道，韩国出版文化协会、电子出版协会等在美国向苹果、谷歌提起正式诉讼一事，在韩国得到广泛响应。
已有超过 100 家企业表示，就苹果、谷歌的不正当做法，有意向美国法院提起集体调解。这些企业主张，苹果与谷歌凭借在应用商店领域的垄断地位，强制对应用程序内的交易抽取最高达 30% 的服务费，涉嫌违反美国及韩国的相关法律，要求下调服务费比例，并赔偿由此造成的经济损失。
IT之家注意到，苹果、谷歌近年来与韩国监管机构多次产生“冲突”。2023 年 10 月，韩国电信监管机构表示将对谷歌公司、苹果公司处以最高 680 亿韩元（现汇率约合 3.59 亿元人民币）的罚单，因为这两家公司在应用内支付领域违反了当地的法律。
去年 6 月，因涉嫌未经用户同意收集位置数据、违反披露位置数据政策条款等行为，苹果被韩国监管机构处以 2.1 亿韩元（现汇率约合 111 万元人民币）的罚款。不只苹果，韩国通信委员会（KCC）对 188 家公司都进行了罚款，其中还包括谷歌韩国分公司。
