Odaily星球日报讯 Metaplanet 资本战略负责人奥野晋平（Shinpei Okuno）在 X 平台发文表示，优先股是日本尚未开发的资本市场领域，目前在日本几乎没有上市优先股的资本市场（可能仅有伊藤园、软银和 Infronia 三家）。 奥野晋平补充称，优先股策略能够通过提供比特币支持的金融产品来吸引广泛的投资者，如果 Strategy 旗下优先股 STRF/STRK/STRD 等金融工具能够在日本资本市场上自由交易将是利好，因为采用比特币储备策略的公司最大潜力或许就在于能够打造以比特币为支撑的固定股息产品。
