Odaily星球日报讯 香港财库局局长许正宇昨日在某电台节目采访中表示，稳定币的底层是法定货币，日后可以电子资产形式，通过区块链等科技用作支付功能。许正宇称稳定币的发行人由香港金管局监管，而监管的大原则与传统金融资产相类似，相关发行人须符合储备资产管理及赎回等方面的规定，包括妥善分隔客户资产，当稳定币持有人提出赎回要求时，必须要一个工作日内完成，以满足用户要求。 许正宇补充表示，由于稳定币具有支付特性，当有服务或工程在“一带一路”地区进行，而当地的货币汇率波动大或金融体系不太成熟，假如用当地的货币作支付会有一定风险，对方就可以使用稳定币作支付用途。（Aastocks）
