路透北京6月8日 - 中国吉利汽车0175.HK董事长李书福周六表示,吉利正在开启新全球化时代的全球业务发展新征程,当今世界汽车工业“严重产能过剩”,吉利决定不再建设新的汽车生产工厂,不搞重复建设。
李书福在重庆举行的“中国汽车重庆论坛”上并表示,吉利要充分利用全球过剩产能,尽最大可能地展开务实合作、资源重组,这样做既能利用成熟的质量保证体系,又能利用熟练技术工人,同时提高同行的过剩产能利用效率,以友善的姿态参与全球市场竞争。
吉利汽车5月上旬表示,为推动内部资源深度整合和高效协同,杜绝重复投入,降低成本,拟溢价私有化旗下新能源汽车品牌--极氪ZK.N推动资源整合。
近期中国新能源汽车龙头--比亚迪002594.SZ1211.HK对旗下22款智驾车型启动限时补贴,随后多家车企跟进,新一轮车市价格战再起。分析人士称,此次降价换量不但为了抢占市场份额,还有着清库存和获得更多现金流的目的。
中汽协、工信部此前喊话新一轮车企“价格战”,将加大“内卷式”竞争整治力度。中国工商联汽车经销商商会周二表示,坚决抵制“价格战”,反对车企对经销商的胁迫行为。(完)
