香港摩天轮宣布，截至6月5日，其访客人数已突破1,000万人，属重大里程碑，显示出香港摩天轮在本地居民和海外游客中广受欢迎，并巩固其作为香港地标的地位。截至今年5月底，香港摩天轮年内已接待超过90万名访客。
自2017年起，香港摩天轮已接待来自全球超过150个国家及地区的访客。当中去年亚洲地区游客占比最高，达到76%，其次为欧美地区游客，占比约4%。本地游客则占约20%。
