【新加坡MAS澄清DTSPs制度适用范围仅为支付型代币或资本市场产品代币】6月6日消息，新加坡金融管理局（MAS）今日就数字代币服务提供商（DTSPs）制度适用范围作出澄清。自2025年6月30日起，仅为新加坡境外客户提供数字支付代币及资本市场产品代币相关服务的DTSPs需获牌照。MAS牌照发放标准高，此类业务洗钱风险高，且主要受监管活动在新加坡境外，MAS难以有效监管，未获牌照者将停止受监管活动。而为新加坡客户提供相关服务的提供商已受监管，业务范围不变，且也可为境外客户提供服务。其他如实用代币和治理代币相关服务提供商不受新制度影响。 鉴于风险较高，现有仅为境外客户提供服务的DTSPs需在制度生效时停止此类活动。MAS自2022年2月以来持续传达立场，并与可能受影响者沟通，此类提供商数量极少。
