经查,你营业部未能采取有效措施严格规范员工展业行为,营业部原负责人徐武军未按照公司规定履职、违规向客户提供证券投资建议,个别员工存在违规替客户办理证券交易的行为。

上述情形违反了《证券公司和证券投资基金管理公司合规管理办法(2020年修订)》(证监会令第166号)第六条第四项的规定。根据《证券公司和证券投资基金管理公司合规管理办法(2020年修订)》第三十二条第一款规定,我局决定对你营业部采取监管谈话的行政监管措施,并记入证券期货市场诚信档案,现要求你营业部负责人于2025年6月9日15时携带有效身份证件到我局(地址:湖北省武汉市洪山区珞喻路540号)接受监管谈话。

如果对本监督管理措施不服,可以在收到本决定书之日起60日内向中国证券监督管理委员会提出行政复议申请,也可以在收到本决定书之日起6个月内向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。复议与诉讼期间,上述监督管理措施不停止执行。
