【欧洲准备在2026年对DeFi进行监管】金色财经报道，欧盟加密政策专家透露，欧洲计划于2026年启动去中心化金融（DeFi）监管框架制定工作。尽管《加密资产市场法规》（MiCA）已于2024年12月30日生效，但该法规未对“去中心化”作出明确定义，导致DeFi协议处于监管真空状态。欧洲加密倡议组织政策负责人Vyara Savova表示，现行MiCA法规理论上将“完全去中心化”协议排除在监管范围外，但具体判定标准尚未明确。欧盟计划在2026年年中开始对去中心化概念进行法律界定，目前正就稳定币等特定领域进行法规修订。 值得注意的是，欧盟加密倡议组织执行董事Marina Markezic确认，此前欧洲央行行长拉加德倡导的MiCA II框架已确定不会推进。另据披露，欧盟针对隐私币和匿名账户的新反洗钱规则将按计划于2027年生效。
