BlockBeats 消息，6 月 6 日，据新加坡金融管理局（MAS）公告，MAS 明确了数字代币服务提供商（DTSPs）监管制度的适用范围。自 2025 年 6 月 30 日起，仅向新加坡境外客户提供数字支付代币和资本市场产品代币服务的 DTSPs 将需要获得许可证。
MAS 表示将对许可设置高标准，且通常不会发放许可证。公告指出，已向新加坡客户提供数字支付代币或资本市场产品代币服务的提供商已受现行法规监管，这些持牌提供商可同时为境外客户提供服务。而仅提供实用型和治理型代币相关服务的提供商不受新监管制度约束。
MAS 强调，由于高风险因素，仅服务境外客户的现有 DTSPs 必须在新制度生效时停止相关活动。受影响方可通过电子邮件联系 MAS 讨论有序终止活动的计划。
