Kincora Copper Limited has entered into a significant partnership with AngloGold Ashanti, focusing on expanding exploration programs in the Northern Junee-Narromine Belt in New South Wales. This collaboration involves an earn-in and joint venture agreement, allowing AngloGold Ashanti the right to invest up to A$100 million in exploration activities across a continuous 100km strike, covering five projects within Kincora's portfolio. The partnership has already led to an expansion of the drilling program at the Nyngan porphyry project, with plans to transition exploration efforts to the Nevertire and Nevertire South projects. Kincora is managing the programs and will receive a 10% management fee from AngloGold Ashanti's expenditures. The interactive relationship is proving effective in generating new targets, as demonstrated by the promising results from initial surveys and drillings.
