Diodes Incorporated has announced a change in its certifying accountants following a merger between its current auditor, Moss Adams LLP, and Baker Tilly US, LLP. Effective June 3, 2025, Moss Adams has resigned as the company's independent registered public accounting firm, with Baker Tilly US, LLP taking over the role. The transition was approved by the Audit Committee of Diodes Incorporated's Board of Directors. The company reported no disagreements or reportable events with Moss Adams during the years 2023 and 2024, or in the interim period through the merger date. Additionally, Diodes Incorporated did not consult with Baker Tilly on accounting principles or audit opinions prior to this appointment. Moss Adams has confirmed agreement with these statements in a letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
