彭博社引述消息报道，全球最大的资产管理公司贝莱德(BlackRock)计划进行今年第二轮裁员，计划裁员约300人，年初时曾有过类似幅度的裁员。
截至3月底，贝莱德总共约有22,600名员工。
贝莱德发言人不予置评。
贝莱德目前管理约11.6万亿美元的客户资产。自2023年底以来，其员工人数增加了14%，其中许多新员工来自以125亿美元收购的Global Infrastructure Partners、数据公司Preqin Ltd。
贝莱德以120亿美元收购私募信贷管理公司HPS Investment Partners的交易也在收尾过程中。
