6月5日，中芯国际（688981/00981）发布公告，公司的全资子公司中芯控股拟向湖南国科微电子股份有限公司出售所持有的中芯集成电路（宁波）有限公司14.832%的股权。此次交易完成后，中芯控股将不再持有中芯宁波的股权。交易价格将依据资产评估机构的评估报告确定，交易各方将共同协商。值得注意的是，本次交易不构成关联交易，也不属于重大资产重组事项。
国科微的注册资本为2.17亿元，最近一年又一期的财务数据显示，截至2025年3月31日，国科微的资产总额为76.87亿元，负债总额为35.23亿元，归母净利润为5151万元。
中芯宁波截至2025年3月31日的资产总额为45.18亿元，负债总额为29.51亿元，净利润为-1.5亿元。此次交易将有助于公司聚焦主业，具体财务影响将待后续信息披露。
2025年一季度，中芯国际实现收入163.01亿元，归母净利润13.56亿元。
