IT之家 6 月 6 日消息,科技媒体 patentlyapple 今天(6 月 6 日)发布博文,报道称苹果公司获批一项新专利,涉及在没有摄像头的情况下,实现追踪眼球运动。
IT之家援引博文介绍,传统眼动追踪依赖摄像头捕捉眼部反射光点(glints),但会导致两个问题,其一是内部结构复杂,以及增加重量,其二是因摄像头数量不足或位置不佳导致精度下降。
苹果在专利中描述的新系统采用扫描光源投射光线,并通过光电二极管捕捉眼部反射信号,结合高级数据处理分析眼动轨迹。此外,系统采用微机电系统(MEMS)扫描器投射光线,并通过空间光模块实现 3D 深度检测。
这一设计通过优化光源布置,避免了摄像头带来的体积和复杂性问题,非常适合未来 AR 眼镜和头显。
