Evolution Mining Says Group Mineral Resources Estimated at 30 Million Ounces of Gold, 4.4 Million Tonnes of Copper

Evolution Mining (ASX:EVN) said its group mineral resources are estimated to contain 30 million ounces of gold and 4.4 million tonnes of copper, while its group ore reserves are estimated to contain 11 million ounces of gold and 1.4 million tonnes of copper, representing an average mine life of around 15 years as of Dec. 31, 2024, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The mineral resources estimate represents growth in contained gold at its Mungari, Ernest Henry, and Northparkes operations, the filing said.

It represents a net increase of 370,000 ounces in contained gold and 130,000 tonnes in contained copper, compared to the December 2023 estimate at the Ernest Henry operations, as well as a net increase of 1.3 million ounces in contained gold at the Mungari operations.
