消息面上，据Insight数据库报道，近日，康诺亚在药物临床试验登记与信息公示平台官网上登记了一项CDH17ADC药物CM518D1治疗晚期实体瘤的I/II期临床研究。据公开资料显示，这是该药首次启动临床。据介绍，这是一项多中心、开放性、I/II期临床研究，旨在评价CM518D1治疗晚期实体瘤患者的安全性、耐受性和初步疗效。研究的主要终点是安全性和耐受性(不良事件、实验室检查、剂量限制性毒性等)，以及有效性(RECISTv1.1评价的ORR)。
Insight数据库显示，康诺亚共有3款ADC在研，第一款ADC产品CMG901是和乐普生物合作，除了本次获批临床的第2款ADC以外，还有一款仍在临床前阶段。
