6月6日上午消息，天眼查App显示，近日，济南赣锋跃迪资源循环有限公司成立，法定代表人为熊剑浪，注册资本3000万人民币，经营范围包括生产性废旧金属回收、再生资源回收、再生资源销售、再生资源加工、金属废料和碎屑加工处理、蓄电池租赁等。

　　该公司由赣锋锂业旗下江西赣锋循环科技有限公司、济南金惠商业运营有限公司、河北跃迪汽车制造有限公司共同持股。
