Samsung Electronics (KRX:005930) will hold executive strategy meetings from June 17 to June 19 to decide on its business course for the second half of this year, Yonhap News reported Thursday, citing industry sources.
The biannual meetings, led by Device eXperience (DX) division head Roh Tae-moon and Device Solutions (DS) division head Jun Young-hyun, will address global uncertainties, including evolving trade policies under US President Trump's second term, the report said.
The main items on the agenda include region-specific supply chain responses and sales strategies, it said.
Shares of Samsung Electronics rose more than 2% in recent trade on Friday.
