BlockBeats 消息，6 月 7 日，据两位知情人士透露，Pump.fun 正寻求通过首次代币发行筹集 10 亿美元，并考虑与潜在的代币持有者分享协议收入。
目前尚不清楚该潜在的协议收入分享功能将划分多少占比的收入至代币持有者，也不确定这是否会包含今年早些时候推出的去中心化交易平台 PumpSwap 产生的收益。Pump.fun 未回应多次置评请求。
知情人士透露：“部分细节可能调整，但核心构想是将代币回购与平台部分收入挂钩，计划在代币生成活动（TGE）时为参与私募/公募的投资人解锁代币。”
知情人士透露，面向公众和私募投资者的 PUMP 代币预计将在 TGE 时完全解锁。虽然可能增发，但总量上限设定在 1 万亿枚。有消息称私募定价 0.004 美元/枚，公募将于两周内启动，部分通过 Binance 等交易平台销售并配套空投。据估算代币总量的 25% 用于公募，10% 预留空投。
