Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc., Latin America's largest restaurant chain, has announced a change in its leadership. Luis Raganato has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025. He succeeds Marcelo Rabach, who will remain on the company's Board of Directors. Raganato, who joined the company in 1991, has served as the Chief Operating Officer since 2019 and has been instrumental in driving the company's digitalization efforts and strategic growth.
