路透社东京6月7日 - 据日本共同社周六援引未具名消息人士的话报道，私募股权公司KKR KKR.N旗下的日本汽车零部件供应商马瑞利控股公司（Marelli Holdings）正在考虑向美国申请破产保护。
共同社称，马瑞利是陷入困境的日本汽车制造商日产汽车7201.T的重要供应商，该公司正在考虑申请破产保护，以确保即使与债权人的重组谈判失败，其业务运营也不会停止。
