June 5 - (The Insurer) - Gallagher Re has expanded its footprint across France, Belgium and Luxembourg with a host of new hires, including the appointments of Emmanuel Dubreuil and Nicolas Rincé as chairman and director general respectively of France BeLux.
Dubreuil will assume his role later this month, with a focus on client strategic advisory and growth strategy.
He joins Gallagher Re after almost six years at Covéa Group, latterly as director of insurance and reinsurance initiatives.
Rincé most recently served as deputy general manager of insurance at France's National Mutual Health Insurance Fund.
In their new roles, Dubreuil and Rincé will work closely with president Thierry Myara to develop and implement Gallagher Re's strategy for the France BeLux region, with a focus on production origination and client relationships.
Gallagher Re said on Thursday that the France BeLux broking team has also be strengthened by eight hires: Mathieu Loisel, Julie Gigleux, Julien Mattei, Zouhir Driouache, Oscar Allitt, Thomas Meerman, Quentin Emery and Arnaud Boulard.
In addition, Nicolas Daxhelet has joined Gallagher Re's Brussels office, which is led by Philippe de Longueville.
