CMC Group's Momentum Into Fiscal 2026 a Good Sign of Future Growth -- Market Talk

0809 GMT - CMC Group's earnings were better than RBC Capital Markets had expected, analysts Ben Bathurst and Jude Neanor write. While the London-listed trading platform didn't provide formal guidance, it did comment on momentum continuing into the current fiscal year. As a result, the analysts upgrade their earnings-per-share estimates by 26% and 23% for fiscal 2026 and 2027, respectively. They also increase the stock's target price by 9% to 380 pence from 350 pence. Shares trade down 13% at 247.5 pence. (adam.whittaker@wsj.com)
