Southwest Gas Holdings (SWX)

Corvex Management raised its stake in the natural-gas utility to 5,028,975 shares. Corvex did so through the purchase of 259,877 Southwest Gas shares from May 22 through May 28, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $68.92 to $71.49. Following the latest purchases, Corvex owns 7% of Southwest Gas' outstanding stock. Shares of Southwest Gas have gained just 3.3% in value since the beginning of this year.

Lionsgate Studios (LION)

Liberty 77 Capital increased its stake in the movie and television studio operator to 35,988,636 shares. Liberty 77 Capital did so through the purchase of 8,931,836 Lionsgate shares from May 20 through May 29, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $6.47 to $6.80. Following the latest purchases, Liberty 77 Capital owns 12.6% of Lionsgate Studios' outstanding stock. Shares of Lionsgate Studios have lost roughly 10% since the beginning of this year.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store $(CBRL)$

Biglari Capital reduced its stake in the casual-dining and country-store operator to 1,150,000 shares. Biglari did so through the sale of 340,681 Cracker Barrel shares from May 22 through May 29, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $56 to $59.97. Following the latest sales, Biglari continues to own 5.2% of Cracker Barrel's outstanding stock. Shares of Cracker Barrel have gained about 6% since the beginning of this year.

Universal Technical Institute $(UTI)$

Coliseum Capital Management lowered its stake in the educational institution to 2,716,267 shares. Coliseum Capital did so by the sale of 500,000 shares through a registered block sale on May 27, 2025, at a price of $35 per share. Following the latest sales, Coliseum Capital continues to own 4.99% of Universal Technical Institute's outstanding stock, placing Coliseum below the 5% threshold that requires it to report further sales. Shares of Universal Technical Institute have gained roughly 40% since the beginning of this year.

Appian $(APPN)$

Abdiel Capital Advisors reduced its stake in the business process-management technology company to 8,430,391 shares. Abdiel Capital did so through the sale of 770,010 Appian shares from May 21 through June 3, 2025, at per share prices of $31.40 to $32.06. Following the latest sales, Abdiel Capital continues to own 19.5% of Appian's outstanding stock. Shares of Appian have lost 4% since the beginning of this year.

Garrett Motion (GTX)

Centerbridge Credit Partners Master reduced its stake in the vehicle-parts maker to 30,146,809 shares. Centerbridge did so through the sale of three million Garrett Motion shares on May 29, 2025, at a price of $10.30 per share. Following the sale, Centerbridge continues to own 14.9% of Garrett Motion's outstanding stock. Shares of Garrett Motion have gained about 14.4% since the beginning of this year.
